Review Policy
If you are a publishing professional interested in having me review one of your books, please contact me at realsteph [at] thefakesteph [dot] com. I will only consider reviewing books that line up with my interests (below) and am not obligated to either read or review a copy sent to me. All reviews will be honest and adhere to FTC guidelines.
Interests: I focus mainly on YA (all genres) with the occasional middle grade (usually fantasy). I enjoy books in the adult market that are either especially compelling (Ready Player One, The Magicians) or action-packed and hilarious (Janet Evanovich, Harlan Coben). Comedy and character are big for me.
Giveaway Policy
Giveaways will have a stated end date and time. Unless otherwise noted, all giveaways are open to US only. In the event that a giveaway is open internationally, it will only be open to addresses that The Book Depository ships to. Entrants must be 13 years of age or older and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent’s permission before entering. Winners will have 48 hours after notification to respond before a second winner is drawn. All of your personal information collected during a giveaway is for use in the contest only. I will not share or sell your information. If I am shipping your prize, I will ship with delivery confirmation and am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Some giveaways will have additional terms and conditions.
